Minimum hole: 4mm A pair of surgical steel 316L chain ear hangers. Top quality... beware of bendy cheap imitations. They are about 5cm long and they have a magnetic hinged clip to close. They will fit in stretches of just 4mm and above. 

You can of course wear these in larger stretches.
