Surgical steel flesh tunnels. 316L internally threaded ear tunnels. They look like a double flared tube but are in fact threaded. These are high quality precision ear tunnels with a curved flange. Being internally threaded they are easier to insert and kinder on the lobe. They are very comfortable to wear. You wont find cheaper or better.
